   In heavy saucepan bring to a boil 1 c. water with the butter and the salt over high heat.

   Reduce the heat to moderate; add in the flour all at once and beat the mix with a wooden paddle till it leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.

   Transfer the mix to a bowl and beat in Large eggs 1 at a time.
