THE KEY IS IF YOU PUT ONE EGG AT A TIME AND MIX IT AND DO IT AGAIN IT WILL MAKE THE PUFFS RISE.
-
6
IF YOU DO NOT MIX THE EGG AT A TIME THEN IT WILL NOT RISE.

You want a satin look to your mixture (A shiny look).

8
On a cookie sheet ungreased take a tbsp of the mixer and put it onto the cookie sheet make sure it is about a inch and half to 2 inches apart.

Some people like vanilla others like chocolate or pistachio pudding whichever pleases you.
