Bring water and butter to boil, lower heat. Add flour, stirring constantly until mixture works away from sides. Remove from heat, beat in one at a time 4 eggs. Grease cookie sheet. Outline a 7 inch dessert dish on the cookie sheet using flour.

Spoon approximately 10 heaping tablespoons of dough on the inside of the circle, making sure each tablespoons touches each other.

Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in oven 15 minutes more. When completely cool, cut ring in half and remove excess batter. Fill with vanilla pudding mixture.

Vanilla Pudding: 1 1/4 cup milk, 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 small heavy cream (beat heavy cream separately and fold into pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to fill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and toasted almonds if desired. Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
