Put cream, cereals, butter and honey into a pot.

Because we are using pure cream we must Slowly bring the mixture to a very low simmer. ie just a few bubbles. In the beginning use a medium heat setting to get mix warmer faster. As the mix heats up turned the heat down. I usually touch the heat adjust knob 3 times ending on the lowest setting.

At about 4 minutes, when you see the mix start to thicken add the honey. If using cinnamon or another powder type flavor add at this time also.
