1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour
1 cup milk
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup margarine
