   Cream butter and brown sugar.

   Add flour and nuts.

   Blend until crumbly.

   Reserve 2 cups for topping.

   Press remaining mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth.

   Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.

   Spread mixture of baked crust; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
