Crazy Apple Pie

   Melt stick of margarine in baking dish (3-quart size) in oven. Mix milk, sugar and self-rising flour (looks like pancake batter) in a bowl.

   Take out hot pan of melted margarine, pour the mix (sugar, milk and flour), dunk the apple filling into the mix in pan and bake at 375u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
