step 1, prepare the tortilla: preheat oven to 425. If you have a convection oven, use that, otherwise, a normal oven works fine. Take your tortilla, and cut it into 4 slices. spray both sides briefly with 'pam'. place on top of a grate, and place the grate on top of a cookie sheet. cook in the oven for 5 minutes until crisp. (note: you can purchase grates that easily fit inside cookie sheets at any mega-mart store. They are typically used to drain oil from fried food. If you can't find it or don't want to hassle, no problem, just use the cookie tray and turn while cooking). Remove pan, remove tortilla slices from tray, and allow to cool for a couple minutes. Remove grate from cookie sheet.

Step 2, prepping the veggies: Chop veggies, cook boca burger in microwave for 3 minutes, remove, then slice into 4 pieces, crumble 2oz of fat free feta cheese.

Step 3, assembling: slices together on a cookie sheet (pre-sprayed with a little pam), to reform the shape of a pizza 'pie'. Smear 1 teaspoon of tomato paste onto each tortilla slice, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herb de provence (or italian seasoning), sprinkle each with chopped garlic, now add boca burger, then add veggies, then add the sprinkled fat free feta cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste. Your assembly should look like a beautiful, piled up pizza.

Step 4, cook: Place cookie sheet with pizza in oven, and bake for 5 minutes, check, if it's sizzling and beginning to brown slightly, then it's done, or cook for 2 minutes more.

Step 5, plating: Remove cookie sheet from oven, take spatula, and carefully remove each pizza slice, and plate. There will be filling that fell off. That's okay. Just scoop it up out of the cookie sheet with your spatula, and pile it on top of your pizza slices. Sprinkle a handful of parsley and green onions on top.
