Bake the pie at 425u00b0F for 20 minutes, then rotate, cover the filling loosely with foil, and turn the heat down to 375u00b0F. Bake until the filling is bubbling in the center and the crumble and crust are a golden brown, 50 to 55 minutes longer. Allow the pie to cool completely in the pan before serving.
