Preheat oven to 350

Dice dates in food prcessor then add pecans and walnuts to food processors and pulse until nuts are nicely chopped

Add chopped nut mixture, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and chia seeds in large mixing bowl and mix all ingredients with hands until blended

Combine ghee and coconut oil together and warm until liquid. Add homey to ghee and coconut oil mixture.

Drizzle oil and honey mixture over nut mix and blend with hands

Press mixture into a baking sheet or baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake 20 minutes at 350, or until granola is lightly golden

Allow granola to cool, then break into pieces and store
