Preheat oven to 400u00b0. Line an 11 x 15-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with Pam. Completely cover bottom of the pan with crackers. Melt the butter and brown sugar together. Allow mixture to boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread to cover all the crackers. Mixture will seep through and around all the crackers. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Allow the chips to melt and then spread the chocolate around to cover the entire mixture. Add chopped nuts to the top and gently press down to make sure they stick in the chocolate. You can cut into squares or allow to cool completely and break into pieces like toffee.
