Crab Meat Mousse

   Mix all ingredients together, except the whipping cream.

   Whip the whipping cream (in a separate bowl) until peaks form.

   Fold the cream gently into the mixture of crab meat.

   Spoon mixture into mold.

   Refrigerate until firm, (usually about 8 hours).

   Serve with assorted crackers.
