Cow Patty Cookies

   Mix cocoa and sugar together.

   Melt butter in sauce pan. Add cocoa, sugar, and milk.

   Bring to a rolling hard boil for i minute.

   Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter, mix well.

   Then add oats, slowly, stirring well.

   Drop spoon size cookies on to waxed paper and let harden.
