In a large bowl, make the pizza dough as per the package instructions. Preheat oven to 400u00b0F.

To prepare the filling, mix the eggs and 1/3 cup sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat for about 4 mins. Add the onions and cook for 3-4 more mins then stir in the spring onions and cherry tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 mins. Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Roll the dough out and transfer it to a greased 10 inch quiche pan. Push into the edges then fill with the tomato mixture. Top with the egg mixture and bake on the bottom rack of the oven for about 20 mins, covering with foil after 10 mins to avoid burning.

Meanwhile, for the sauce, mix the olives with the remaining sour cream. Remove the quiche from the oven, slice and serve with the sauce.
