Peel and boil potatoes

Season one side of steak w/ salt black pepper onion powder and garlic powder and other side sprinkle seasoning salt

Make a dredge station w/ flour and dash of salt and pepper in one dish and buttermilk in another dish

Dredge steak in flour then buttermilk then flour again

When oil is nice and hot put steak in pot and fry 4 minutes flip fry until other side is golden brown

For gravy keep about 2 tablespoons of drippings and add 2 tablespoons of flour cook for a min or 2 then add a cup and a half if milk cook til nice and thicken remove from heat

Drain potatoes when fork tender

Add butter and mash them

Add sour cream and milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Stir and mash to preferred consistency
