1 12 lbs lean ground beef
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup tomato juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon red pepper
2 eggs, Beaten
¾ cup fresh breadcrumb
¼ cup onion, Finely chopped
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
⅔ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon ginger powder
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard

Set oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl combine 1/2 cup ketchup, tomato juice, salt, black and red peppers, eggs, bread crumbs, onions and mustard.

Mix until thoroughly blended.

Add ground beef.

Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with foil.

Press in the beef mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, 2/3 cup ketchup, ginger, soy sauce and mustard.

Spread over top of loaf.
