Cornstarch Pudding

   Beat eggs in small bowl

   Mix cornstarch and sugar in small pot

   Slowly stir in milk

   Heat stove to medium

   Continue to mix until almost boiling

   Mix half the mixture with eggs

7. 7

   Stir egg mixture back into pot

   Heat until thickened

   Mix in butter and vanilla

    Serve hot or cold
