1/2 c. bread crumbs

1/2 c. dry vermouth
pepper
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1/2 c. minced parsley

Rinse hens in cool water and dry. Remove any visible fat. Sprinkle with pepper. Saute mushrooms in oil.
