Cornish Hens

   Defrost hens completely; rub pan with margarine in plastic bag.

   Shake the hen halves in Shake 'n Bake; put hens skin side up in pan.

   Put salt, paprika and garlic powder on top, then cut 2 lumps of butter on each half.

   Bake in 375u00b0 oven for 1 hour.

   Good with spiced rice.
