   in large bowl, stir together all dry ingredients.

   with pastry blender or two knives, cut in the shortening until evenly distributed, mixture will be rough in texture.

   put in airtight container or large Ziploc baggie,, label, store in cool, dry place.

   use within 10-12 weeks if storing refrigerated, or within 3-6 months when storing in refrigerator
