Cool Ranch Casserole

   Place the crushed package of cool ranch Doritos in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

   Brown the ground beef, medium onion, and green pepper together, and then drain.

   Mix together the 2 cans of soup and tomatoes and chilies and add to ground beef mixture.

   Add salt and pepper and pour over crushed Doritos.

   Sprinkle large bag of cheddar cheese over top of ground beef mixture.

   Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
