Cooks Potato, Cheese and Onion Tart

   Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

   Adjust oven rack to upper middle position.

   Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

   Place puff pastry on sheet.

   Brush edges with water and fold over sides 3/4 inch.

   In large non stick skillet brown bacon until crisp.

    Transfer to paper towel lined plate to drain.

    Saute until soft then add the potatoes and cook until browned.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
