Cookie House For Christmas

   Put all the cookie dough ingredients into a food processor and mix.

   Chill in the fridge for an hour.

   Cut out the shapes and bake for 18-20 minutes at 170C.

   Assemble the house when the dough has cooled.

   I didn't use icing but used white chocolate melted in a bain marie.

   Decorate as you like.

   A small snowman welcomes Santa Clause.

   I made the base with a tart mould.

   The roof of the house is colorful with candy coated chocolate.

    My daughter and her friend wrote their initials on the star-shaped cookies.

    I wrote the name of a housing construction company on one side as a joke.

    Everyone thought it was very funny, although it is a bit difficult to read.
