Cooked Egg Whites With Strawberry Jam

   In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar and whisk well until the whties begin to peak.

   Using a spoon, scoop the egg whites in a microwave safe container and microwave for 1 minute.

   Place them in a large bowl o cool down.

   Once they are cool, scoop the whites into serving bowls and top with strawberry jam. Serve freshly baked.
