Company Potatoes

   Peel potatoes; slice potatoes almost through at 1/4-inch intervals.

   Put in baking dish greased with butter.

   Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder over sliced potatoes. Bake until done (about 30 minutes).

   Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven to melt.

   Serve hot.

   Sprinkle parsley over the potatoes.
