Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water in a large bowl.

Add vegetable oil, mix well.

Either divide into 5 equal parts to use in mini loaf pans or into 15 -20 golf-ball-sized balls to make rolls.

Either way, knead the individual dough balls for 1 minute or so. Put in greased loaf pans or in the case of rolls, on a greased cookie sheet.

Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Dough should rise to the top of the loaf pan or more than double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
