4 veal schnitzels
4 slices bacon
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
4 slices cheese
4 lettuce leaves
4 burger rolls
1 tablespoon freshly ground coffee
2 teaspoons golden brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Place the coffee, sugar, black pepper, coriander, oregano and salt together in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Rub each slice of veal liberally with coffee rub on both sides.

Allow to marinate for at least half an hour.

Heat a char grill plate and toast the rolls until nice and crispy then grill the bacon and marinated veal for 4-6minutes, then place the bacon on top of the veal and top with a cheese slice.

Layer the burger roll with lettuce, tomatoes and cooked veal and serve.
