Soak the gelatin in water.

Add the ingredients to a pot, and heat to the point just before it boils while mixing well to dissolve everything.

Add 10 g sugar and the vanilla oil to the heavy cream, and whip for 7~8 minutes.

Mix the mixture from Step 2 well while placing it in an ice bath to cool.
