Coffee Crusted Pork Chops

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a big cast iron skillet with canola oil and heat over medium high heat.

   While pan gets hot, in a bowl, thoroughly stir together ground coffee, salt, chili powder, paprika, and cumin.

   Take pork chops and generously rub mixture all over on both sides.

   Get crusted pork chops into pan to sear on first side for 34 minutes to let them get gorgeously brown.

   Then flip them over to brown on other side for another 34 minutes.

   Carefully transfer pan to oven to make sure they completely get cooked through for about 5 more minutes.

   Take pan out once pork chops are done and let rest for a couple of minutes.

   Serve immediately and enjoy!
