Coffee And Honey Cake

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Break the eggs, and separate the yolks from the whites.

   Beat the sugar with the egg yolks. While beating slowly add the olive oil, honey, and cinnamon powder.

   Add flour alternating with the coffee.

   Beat the egg whites until firm.

   Mix the dough with the egg whites.

   Place the dough in a donut pan, greased with butter and dusted with flour.

   Bake for 35 minutes.
