Coconut Water Jello Shots

   Put the coconut water in a saucepan.

   Heat the coconut water to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat.

   Mix in Jello then add the rum and mix to combine.

   Pour the liquid into ice cube trays (it fills about four 12-count ice cube trays).

   Let them set up in the fridge for one hour.
