1 large green coconut
1 tbsp oil
200 ml water
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup leek
1 cup napa cabbage
1 large deseeded red chili
200 ml coconut water
1 cup coconut flesh
1 dash salt
1 cup noodle

in pan saute carrot , leek and napa cabbage for 1 minute then add water

simmer for 5 minute then add coconut water simmer for another 3 minute add coconut flesh

add sessoning simmer for 1 minute then off heat and serve as it is or pour it back into the coconut shell and serve
