Coconut Knots(Cookies)

   Mix margarine, sugar and coconut flavoring.

   Add egg and beat with a spoon.

   Then add Bisquick mix and instant potatoes.

   Cover bowl with a clean towel and chill 1 hour.

   Then I shape my dough into 2 rolls.

   Each roll I cut into 4 long strips and cut off pieces the size of the end of your thumb.

   Place on ungreased baking sheet and lightly press each down.

   Bake at 300u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.

   Take out and remove with spatula from baking sheet and put on a clean towel to cool.
