Coconut Cream Pie

   In saucepan, combine milk, water, egg yolks and flour.

   Cook until comes to a boil and thickens.

   Add coconut and vanilla. Pour into pie shell.

   Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar slowly while beating.

   When mixture is stiff, top pie and bake in 375u00b0 oven until meringue browns lightly.
