Coconut Cream Pie

   Mix egg yolks and sugar.

   Add flour and salt.

   Mix well.

   Stir in milk.

   Cook over low heat until thickened.

   Remove from heat. Add vanilla and 1/2 cup coconut.

   Cool slightly.

   Pour into baked pie shell.
