Coconut Apple Cake

   Start by beating the eggs well and mixing in the sugar.

   Then, add the margarine and the yogurt and beat well again.

   Add the coconut, apple, and orange juice.

   Finally, mix in the flour and baking powder.

   Put the dough in a round, greased, and floured baking tray and bake for about 40 minutes.

   Check to see that it is done, remove from the oven, and then remove from the baking tray.
