Classic Pasta With Truffles

   1. Drop the pasta in boiling water and cook it al dente (firm but not hard).

   2. Heat the butter in a large pan till it melts then add the truffle oil salt and pepper.

   3. add the pasta to the pan and the grate cheese cook for a minute.

   Place the pasta on a plate and shave the truffle on top.
