Ingredients: 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears; 1/4 c. margarine or butter; 6 Tbsp. flour; 2 c. chicken broth or bouillon; 1/2 c. whipping cream; 3 Tbsp. dry white wine; 3 chicken breasts, halved and cooked; 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp. salt; dash of pepper

Cook chicken by covering with water and boil until tender when stuck with a fork.

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.

Melt butter and blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add chicken broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.

Stir in cream and wine.

Place broccoli crosswise in 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.

Pour half the sauce over it.

Top with chicken.
