Cioccolata Calda (Hot Chocolate)

   Into a saucepan over LOW heat, add your chocolate and a smidge of the milk and stir with a wooden spoon until melted. SLOWLY add in the rest of the milk until it's well combined. Add in the sugar, mix well and then whisk in the corn starch. Continue cooking over LOW heat until it becomes thick and creamy and coats the back of the wooden spoon.

   Optional: you can top this with fresh whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon or even a dash of chili powder (if you're adventurous).
