Ingredients: 1/2 c. milk; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 c. oleo; 2 pkg. yeast; 2 eggs, beaten; 4 1/2 c. flour (about); 1/2 c. warm water; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 10x sugar; milk

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oleo
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. flour (about)
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
10x sugar

Scald milk, sugar, salt and oleo.

Cool to lukewarm.

Measure water in large bowl.

Dissolve yeast; add milk mixture, eggs and 1/2 of flour.

Beat until smooth; add rest of flour to make slightly stiff dough.

Knead on floured board about 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl; let rise 1 hour.

Punch down.

Roll out in rectangle.

Spread with 1/4 oleo; sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

Roll up like jelly roll, then cut into 1-inch slices.

Let rise for 1 hour.

Bake at 375u00b0 for 20 minutes. Frost with 10x sugar and milk.
