Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons flour evenly over work surface. Turn dough out onto floured surface. Lightly flour hands, and shape dough into 26 balls. Combine remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and remaining 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar mixture. Place balls, 3 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheets. Pat each into a 2-inch circle. Bake at 375u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden. Remove from cookie sheets; let cool completely on wire racks.
