In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour and yeast. In small saucepan, combine milk, water, the 1/2 cup sugar, oil and salt. Heat. Stir over medium heat until just warm. Add milk mixture and egg yolks to dry mixture. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping sides of bowl often. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much remaining flour as you can. Turn dough onto flat surface. Knead in enough flour for soft dough, 3 to 5 minutes. Cover for 10 minutes. Roll out into rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Roll up. Slice into 12 parts. Put into greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 375u00b0 for 20 minutes.
