Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. In a bowl, mix the cinnamon with remaining sugar. Roll dough out into a 24 x 14 inch rectangle. Melt remaining butter then brush over dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar then cut in 1/2 and roll each 1/2 up from the long side to create a roll. Cut into 10 pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12 mins. Remove from oven, allow to cool on a wire rack then serve.
