Cinnamon-Infused Whipped Cream

   Combine cream and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan. Bring to a rapid simmer over medium heat. Cover and remove from heat. Allow cream to steep about 45 minutes or until cinnamon flavor is apparent.

   Discard cinnamon stick. Transfer to a bowl, and chill in the fridge for several hours or until cool.

   Chill mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Add cream to bowl, and whip over high speed about 30-40 seconds, or until frothy. Add sugar, vanilla and salt and whip over high speed an additional minute, or until stiff peaks are formed. Enjoy.
