In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, using wooden spoon, cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until combined.

Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until firm enough to shape.

To prepare topping, stir together sugar and cinnamon in a custard cup.

Shape dough into 1-inch diameter balls.

Roll each ball in topping to coat lightly. Place balls on prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2-inches between balls.

Bake 1 sheet at a time, at 350u00b0, for 10 to 14 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are very lightly browned. Remove baking sheet to a wire rack and cool for about 3 minutes. Using metal spatula, transfer cookies to rack and cool completely. Repeat until all dough is used.

When cool, store cookies in an airtight container.
