Cilantro Lime Dressing

   Make dressing in food processor at home.

   With food processor running, add garlic through the feed tube to mince.

   Turn machine off, add cilantro and lime juice, then pulse to a paste.

   With machine running, drizzle in olive oil.

   Add salt and pepper.

   Shake well before using.
