Cilantro Chicken

   Combine Cilantro, garlic, and pepper coat chicken in mixture.

   Cover tightly and place in refrigerator for 2 hour or until minimal temperature is 40

   Preheat oven to 350

   Fire up grill.

   I use charcoal just cause it's what I enjoy.

   Grill chicken on direct heat till lines appear.

   Flip chicken and repeat.

   Place chicken in a shallow baking dish with broth.

   And begin Baking till minimal internal temperature reaches 165
