Chunky Chicken Vegetable Soup

   Heat oil in a large saucepan set over medium-high heat.

   Add chicken and Italian seasoning; cook for 5 minutes or until browned.

   Add broth and vegetables.

   Bring to a boil.

   Cover and reduce the heat to low.

   Simmer for 5 minutes.
