   Brown meat, onion and pepper in large skillet.

   Pour off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and corn; simmer.

   Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions, adding enclosed packet, margarine and milk.

   Stir macaroni mixture into meat mixture until mixed well.

   Pour into large casserole dish.

   Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350u00b0 until casserole bubbles and cheese is melted, 20 to 30 minutes.
