1. Butter or spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.

2. In a large pot, gently melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and continue to stir over low heat until they are all melted.

3. Pull the pot off the heat and immediately add the rice krispies and stir well. Gently stir in the white chocolate chips, cranberries and pistachios until they are well combined into the treats.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and using a spatula, press the mixture down flat into the baking dish.

5. When the Krispy treats have cooled completely, pour the melted white chocolate over the top and, using a spatula, spread it evenly. Let them cool and set up further, about 1 hour.

6. Using a sharp knife, slice the treats into desired size bars (I cut them into 24 bars). Remove them from the pan and drizzle them with the melted dark chocolate using a fork. Let the chocolate set up (1 hour) and then serve or freeze.
